ABOUT YOGA IN LASTRELLAS
Yoga en lastrellas was born when I, Estrella (Sterre in Dutch), moved to Valencia from Amsterdam for love. I have approximately 10 years of experience in yoga. I practiced with experts from all over the world, including Amstedam, Austria, Indonesia, Buenos Aires and Greece. After practicing on my own, I decided to share my love for yoga with others and became a 200-hour yoga teacher certification with Yoga Union Bali and an 85-hour Prenatal Yoga certification with Arhanta Academy.
Yoga has helped me establish a proper connection between body and mind. I believe that this connection between the body and the mind is extremely powerful and therefore it is something that I try to share with my students during my classes. I think everyone has light inside. With yoga, we bring out this light and I intend to make people shine.
